Styling & Staging is particularly suited to:

• Homeowners preparing a property for sale

• Developers and investors presenting show units

• Landlords refreshing rental or short-let properties

• Commercial spaces requiring visual cohesion

• Clients preparing spaces for photography or launch

What’s Included

Each Styling & Staging project is scoped in advance to ensure clarity and efficiency.

This service works primarily with existing furniture and accessories, refined and rebalanced to maximise visual impact.

Typically includes:

• On-site styling and spatial refinement

• Furniture and accessory placement using items already on site

• Editing, reworking, and repositioning key pieces

• Soft furnishings and finishing touches (existing items)

• Visual balance, proportion, and flow

• Styling for photography or viewings where required

This service focuses on execution and immediate visual impact, guided by professional design judgement.

What’s Not Included

To maintain clarity and protect quality, the following are not included unless agreed separately:

• Interior design concept development

• Technical drawings or layouts for construction

• Full furniture procurement or logistics

• Delivery, storage, or returns management

• Major furniture installation or heavy lifting

Where required, additional services can be quoted separately.

Optional Add-On - Curated Additions & Purchasing

Where appropriate, a small number of carefully selected additions can be introduced to complete the space.

This optional add-on may include:

• Identifying key finishing items
  (such as cushions, throws, lamps, mirrors, or artwork)

• Curated sourcing to complement the existing scheme

• Purchasing on your behalf or providing direct links

All purchasing is limited in scope and agreed in advance.

Please note: this does not include full furniture schemes, large furniture replacement, or joinery.

Investment

Styling & Staging — from £750 per day
(exclusive of VAT)

The final fee is confirmed based on:

• Property size

• Scope of styling

• Duration required

• Access and preparation level

Multi-day and developer packages are available upon request.
