• Styling for photography or viewings where required

This service focuses on execution and visual impact, guided by professional design judgement.

What’s Not Included

To maintain clarity and protect quality, the following are not included unless agreed separately:

• Interior design concept development

• Technical drawings or layouts for construction

• Procurement, purchasing, or sourcing of new furniture

• Delivery logistics or storage

• Major furniture installation or heavy lifting

Where required, additional services can be quoted separately.

Investment

Styling & Staging — from £750 per day
(exclusive of VAT)

The final fee is confirmed based on:

• property size

• scope of styling

• duration required

• access and preparation level

Multi-day and developer packages are available upon request.
